Parental Consent and Release Form - REQUIRED 1 per student to be turned at the day of the competition - May 15, 2010
Roster Form - 1 per Team - To be compeleted by team coach and submitted by 5:00 PM on Wednesday May 12, 2010

Note: All Schools must fill out a registration form to participate in Science Olympiad.

If your school needs to register additional teams after submitting a registration form, please send a paper copy of the registration form with the change. Please note this change on the top of the page. You do not need to resubmit the online registration form.

Registration Fees

The basic fee for membership and participation in VASO is $100 for the first team and $75 for each additional team.

You will receive a copy of the Division A event rules once we receive your payment
